Guest chefs Xue Yu-hang and Chang Lei from the Beijing post of Dong Lai Shun dish out some of the best Chinese cuisine in town. Enjoy traditional dishes including fried mutton slices with apricot and local favourite braised beef with bean curd and picked vegetables. Complete your meal with Dong Lai Shun's one-of-a-kind dessert, yam rolls with red date and walnut in honey sauce.
